Hypnotherapy begins with an exploratory conversation to understand what has been happening, how it is affecting you and what you would like to change. I will explain hypnosis in depth and answer any questions before tailoring the session to you, drawing on hypnosis and, where appropriate, approaches such as parts therapy, metaphor, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Body Mind Reset Technique (BMRT), Simpson Protocol and other therapeutic tools to help you move towards your desired outcome.

Your hypnotherapy session is shaped around you, your experience and the change you want to make.
A personalised approach
Every session is shaped around your needs and the outcome you want to achieve.
Hypnotherapy offers a flexible and deeply personal way to work with the thoughts, emotions, beliefs and automatic patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
It allows us to explore not only what you want to change, but what may be happening beneath the surface.
Rather than relying on willpower or simply talking about the problem, we can work with the deeper responses that influence how you feel and behave. This can help you develop new perspectives, emotional responses and ways of moving forward that feel more natural to you.
You are an active participant throughout, and we work together at a pace that feels comfortable, purposeful and right for you.
A flexible approach

An innovative technique that resets patterns of mental, emotional and physical issues that arise from early childhood.
An approach that explores the connection between language, thought patterns and behaviour, often used in hypnotherapy to help reframe limiting beliefs and foster personal change.
A holistic approach that facilitates communication with the subconscious mind to address physical, emotional and mental issues without the need for detailed discussion or reliving traumatic events.
A therapeutic approach that helps individuals explore and resolve internal conflicts by identifying and working with different aspects or “parts” of their personality.
The subconscious mind thinks in metaphor. That’s why we tell children bedtime fairy tales. The subconscious mind can interpret the metaphor in the most meaningful way to the individual.
Working alongside other care
Hypnotherapy can be used alongside appropriate medical or psychological care. It isn't a replacement for diagnosis, prescribed treatment or urgent professional support.
