I work as a hypnotherapist and as a celebrant. The two sides of the site describe each of them.

What this website does with your information

Nothing. There is no contact form, so the site never receives anything you type. There is nothing to log in to and nothing to subscribe to.

If you telephone, send a WhatsApp message or write to me, I keep what you send so that I can reply and, if you go on to book something, so that I can do the work properly. I do not sell it, share it or use it to send you anything you have not asked for. If you ask me to delete it, I will.

Anything discussed in a hypnotherapy session is confidential and is held separately from this website. It is covered by my professional obligations rather than by this page.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. It does not track you, it does not measure you and it stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no banner asking you to accept anything, and it is deliberate.

If that ever changes, this page changes with it and it will say so plainly.

What the server records

Like every website, this one is hosted on a server that keeps ordinary access logs: the address of the page requested, the time, the type of browser and the internet address it came from. That is how a website is kept running and secure. I do not use those logs to build a picture of anybody, and the hosting company keeps them for its own limited period.

The site is hosted by InterServer, and its domain name is served through Cloudflare.

Typefaces

The lettering on this site uses typefaces delivered by Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google's servers and Google sees the request. Nothing is stored in your browser as a result, and no cookie is set. I am moving these files onto my own server, and when that is done this section will say so.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other organisations, such as my professional association or the venues I work at. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy, and I have no control over what they do.

Your rights

Where I do hold something about you, because you wrote to me or because you booked something, you have the right to ask what I hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted and to object to my holding it. Write to k@thleen.com or telephone the number above and I will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.

The words, photographs, films and design on this site belong to me or are used under licence. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. How the images are licensed is set out on the image rights page.

Applicable law

This website and this notice are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Alicante.
